★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff have no knowledge. A whole day i was waiting to open a bank account. Some staff says this and some says that. I fill 2 time account opening form as staff says bt 2 time also they canceled. Although the verification manager also very confused so i quit and close my file for opening union bank janakpuri branch account. Guys please dont go there ye sarkari banks ko adat nhe rhe ab kaam krne ki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the bank for no reason. Like , why? Employees don't even know how to handle a customer! They ask personal questions to them ( Who are they to ask questions like this to a customer? ) They take 3&4 days to open a bank account! Seriously? And they do commitment of "Same day account opening"
Worst Bank in India! In this branch, there are only 3-4 !!! Including Guard ?? ya i must say guard is kinda good supportive person! But sometimes he thinks i the bank manager!!

Jab call hi pick nahi karna or email par response nahi dena to clear krdo hmesha vhi aakr bat karni padti hai fir xcuses dete ho ap sab.
