★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really nice experience to visit and understand details of Project Vantage Twenty One from Ms. Pranjal Gosavi. Project has all types of spacious and ultra premium flats available as per the customer requirements. Specially I liked the configuration of 3bhk flats in B building . Flat direction, view, overall locality, Gardens nearby, schools, very well connected to Pune City and highly developed area of pimpale saudagar. Sales people are really genuine and there is no false marketing or false commitments from them. They offer right rates and decent negotiation. So overall if somebody looking for flat in Pimpale Saudagar then this is the best project with early possession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vantage 21 is the most beautiful project in Pimple Saudagar. I really liked the presentation and communication skill of sales team specially Pranjal mam. She is very down to earth and helped me in every manner to finalize the deal. She explained me the projects details very well along with the floor plan and all. Initially I had so many doubts in my mind and Pranjal mam satisfactorily solve them. She is very responsive through call or mails. Ad. Sheetal Mam and Mr. Anil Hadap is also very helpful and help me got smooth registration as well. Overall I am very happy with process till now I gone through. I am expecting same kind of support from Yashada team till the end to built great relationship.
I will not forgot to say thanks to Mr. Santosh Darekar for helping to get loan sanctioned.

Tejas and Vikram were very passionate and flexible.
Anil Hadap is good in detailing and documetation work.
Regards to Atul and Pranjal for being supportive and collaborative for recovery and legal process.
Rohidas ji always there to understand and resolve queries on top priority in favor of flat owner.Commitment level is very high.
Mr Vasant Kate was very accommodative on pricing and intend to support.
