★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After wasting a lot of time on HP gas website for searching the link to transfer my connection from Virar to Thane. Finally I got their number on Google, I told them my concern, this Gentleman very politely listened to me, asked few documents online along with an application for transfering the connection to Thane, he immediately issued a Transfer paper and told me that sir in case of any concerns connect me directly to the agency person in Thane. My connection is transferred successfully to Thane west without spending a single penny, this is the true example of excellent customer service and going extra mile for keeping customer happy, thank you Vasai Bazar HP Gas service, keep up the good work and all the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service , there delivery co person is very Rude, booked cylinder but not timely delivered, almost 3 days they take by saying today we deliver it any how, I used to call them time to time but at last moment they simply cancel the delivery by saying they don't have any cylinder now...after getting cylinder again they ask for additional money.. pathetic experiences
