★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon provides phone booking and no waiting upon reaching there. Although none of them was wearing mask on peak covid time, later everyone put on upon my request. Considering my sincerity the hair dresser sanitized all the equipments before using. The towel used after hair wash was disposable one other things like comb,scissors etc were reused but sanitized.
Now comes the Hair cut review:
Mr Kunal Nayee did my hair cut and i would give 10/10 to his skills and understanding my fine hair he gave me a perfectly shoulder length cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I am going to a nail salon especially which mentions bnb nails or forget even if they don’t mention, having a pedicure service so it’s your staff duty to tell customers that they are running no stock in nude shades and fyi my first question to your staff was are shades available in opi and the receptionist told yes , secondly where your staff only tells me we have told them but we have not got the stock . Boss there are good days and there are bad days and there are goof ups sometimes in the business so don’t give a justification which is not valid and for the praising i have already praised your staff if you can read and without asking me how was my first experience don’t judge that my service was good, your staff darshana knows very well so get right i to the things and then revert. Anyways nor your staff bothered to apologise nor you and not even it’s expected but a client can ask anything if you are providing a particular service. I didn’t ask anything wrong in a good salon under the so called service pedicure. Thank you for your help.
There were no nude nail paints in opi and other lyn brand also 3-4 options, the staff always tells sorry so boss someone is paying you their money everytime saying sorry for your mistakes doesn’t make sense and this is not the first time. Have done other services also in the past and regret having their membership. The only person service i prefer is darshana and Topa.

Highly recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a haircut from Kunal with a said experience of 15 years.
One of the most disappointing haircut. I wanted subtle layers from front and a u-shape from back. Now I have weirdly cut hair at the front, that is definitely not layers, uneven from left and right side of my face and straight cut from the back. If only I could undo my haircut now.
