β β β β β Was a seamless experience just as one can expect to have a peaceful delivery. Both myself and my wife are very pleased with the hospital services also many thanks to the Guidance and Supervision of Dr Leela Bhagwan.

β β β β β Good for delivering the baby. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Hygienic too. All the staffs including housekeeping are well time maintained. Very good experience. Highly recommended too.

β β β β β Had admitted my wife a few days back. We had a very good time due to the constant support of Dr Poornima murthy and all of the nursing staff (mini, geetha, rohini, selvi, punni etc and particularly nurses in the labour ward). The only downside being the jaundice which occurs due to vaccination. Special thanks to the cooking and serving staff Suresh and Saraswat for serving tasty and sumptuous food.
The bill is definitely on the higher side, but then the care provided to the mother and baby are also very good and worthwhile, specifically during the existing covid restrictions.

β β β β β Its a typical money making machine. Not once but twice i have experienced. Once, the doctor just said " we will have to wait and watch. We cannot do anything now". For these golden words spoken I have to pay them the consultation fee plus kid registration fees. Second time they said they only do RTPCR test for kids if its prescribed by their docs and not other hospital doctors even though I had one from a diff doc and my kid was suffering from fever. All they were concerned was to make money out of consulting. Wanted to ask the hospital why this rule??? Is it that only Cloud9 has qualified doctors?

β β β β β I would like to thank the staffs, doctors and nurses that they are doing wonderful jobs. They have devoted their time for us for the safety of us and well being of the society. Because of them we are able to get vaccinated. Now I am vaccinated and I am appreciated for their care ans love for us.

β β β β β My experience with cloud9 was incomplete. Majorly due to the fact that they ask you to pay to show the reports. They say that the consultation is free only if we go back for the visit within 48 hours but they send us the lab reports exactly at the dot of 48 hours. So when I went with my reports, they asked me to pay 1k for the doctor consultation again. That's when I left and took my reports to Apollo and got a great service from them.
The only reason I'm okay giving 1 star is for their coordination and follow up on the appointments.
I had also gone in 2021 when Covid was in full swing, but the place was too crowded and the only protocol they followed was mask. Rest was thrown out the window.
Note to the owner: Before you give an automated reply to my comment about writing to you regarding the problem, do check my complaint that was already send via email and call at the time of my appointment on the same issue.

β β β β β Had a worst experience with cloudnine, wherein the staff doesn't understand the current situation of covid, wherein a child patient who was continuously coughing and sneezing was shifted to newly born ward, which raises an alarm on the process this hospital has during covid times. Though not following the procedure, the staff has audacity to argue with the parents who raised an issue. There was no hygiene in the wards , pest such as cockroaches roaming , ants , beds and blankets provided were of not properly cleaned they stink even now. It's a shame for us to select this hospital for our newly born child, so much for an multi-speciality hospital chain run with no proper management and adamant staff who can only argue.

β β β β β Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Usha were all very friendly and helpful. I especially liked how Dr. really took her time to explain conditions with us as well as treatment.
