★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this branch once and the experience was very very bad. I waited for half of an hour for my passbook entry just to get an excuse that the required software is not available. Before that I even asked that clerk about its availability and he just rudely directed me to stand in the queue. So, staff isn't that good either.
Also, the entry machine is not maintained either.
2 stars just for the service provided by the bank, and not this branch.

I was calling many times this branch, phone was ringing but not picked, after my 2 3 calles it started Line Busy, again I called many many times but they simply ignored my phone to be picked up and to answer me. In this lockdown when general public can't go outside, not given entry in public vehicles except staff of essential services, the Staff of this branch not picking phone calles on working day, then how we will get answers to our problems, questions and queries. And making rush is also not permitted by government otherwise for necessary reason. but this branch n staff is compelling public to visit the branch personally in this lockdown. horrible experience in this lockdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this is the worst banking experience i have ever seen. They think like it's our father's kingdom you the hell are you ro disturb us.
In Jesal Park Branch Dilip Mane's behaviour is very bad. We visited Branch in the month of June 2021 today is September still they didn't close the account but they are ( Dilip Mane ) blaming us for this.
We gave them all the documents, forms, letters in the month of June. Again they want all paper work, the thing is he took 2 hours just for the documentation ( branch is totally vacant no single customer except us)
After every 20 - 30 min Dilip Mane's has different approach / requirements to close account. Instead of completing the process he ignored us many many many many times. Even took 3 tea break
I don't think so he is educated.
