★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake.. THEY DON'T GIVE U FREE GIFTS U R GIFTING THEM UR HARD MONEY WITHOUT CHECKING ACTUAL FACTS. They want to take immediate decision without going through reviews... Basically they just want ur money immediately. That's why they dont give u time to think even not allowed to use ur phone so u can check review.. if they are doing genuine work they must have to give some time to think..if u asked time. He just stand up and trying to show that. He is offering privacy..if there are offering services with same integrity .. Then this is cheapest level of earning money... they initially talk about lifetime services once they realized u r not interested they say within few trips money get recovered. They don't give copy of money calculation they do on rough paper. And even further if they find ur not interested they offer u gift with literally with cheap language and taunting.. please go through other reviews and district Court case decision also. CV Pune Please improve...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest Fraud company I ever had dealth with, Even if you confront them that your reviews are bad online they would say it's all fake, we have so many branches & we are doing really good(by fooling people)so don't trust on that & give you so may fake promises.
Guys Please research, specially these on Google, This would really help you these are true reviews, I can understand a few bad reviews but so many definitely makes you think.
This company is like give us your money & forget about it & also forget about any service they promised.
Hope you guys don't fall for it as I did, couldn't recovery the money but fortunately got couple of trips that too after paying taxes which they never tell us.
Say No! To them, nothing is for free in this world.
You will always be a top lucky winner for them once you fill a stupid form in any shopping mall.
If you still go ahead & invest after reading this, so many comments & reviews then get ready for a hell ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are fraud. They make false promises to make you buy their membership. Once the agreement is signed you get to know their reality. They ensure that you don't get to check your mobile to read reviews. Also their agents will not let you read the agreement before signing. Agents will keep talking about offers and meanwhile regional officer forces to sign as they are running out of time. Once you make the payment, then only you get the agreement in your hand. The agreement will have nothing the agent promised. Also as per agreement you can cancel the membership within 10 days of signing agreement and you can get all your money after they deduct some nominal charges. But even after that they don't return your money.
We bought membership from agent Anand and Harpreet. It has been a year since we have been fighting to get our money back. We have contacted their Pune customer executive Raju many times but didn't receive any help. We contacted central customer care as well but that didn't help either. I have mentioned names so that people are familiar with the names of agents. I hope nobody gets into their trap ever. Be aware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company don't trust. Get everything in writing whatever they promised. Even the list of fitness on app is fake. Customer care don't respond. Contact number is invalid. Even they don't reply to mail. Just fake promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor follow up. They make false promises verbally but when signing the written agreement, you need to be aware and read it completely or else you would be looted for sure. Also, if you calculate the cost of membership vs what they offer, you would come to know that it is cheaper to book vacation outside by other vendors such as Trip Factory. Also, feedback for their properties on multiple travel sites is pathetic, please don't buy their products, go individual instead!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased membership 10 years back. From 1st day I did not get any service. Feel like cheated.
1] They confirmed me stay facility outstation but when I reached there, no such facility was there.
2] They confirmed Gym facility but it was not existing.
3] I produce all these evidences over phone/fax/mail/courier. Every time new person used to come over phone saying he/she will look into it but never came back. I talked to almost 100+ times
4] I visited there local Pune office multiple time informing to close the case but they did not.
5] I informed to refund my fees/ at least 20% as per agreement but they did not.
6] They denied the receipt of all above communications.
7] Over last 10 years, Every month they are sending my mail asking for increased AMC though I have not availed any service/ vacation etc & wrote them to close the membership. but in vain.
Due to time scarcity, we cannot go to court else my case is very strong.
If someone is forming group against this, please include me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are wise, don't enter this place at all, they are fraud and running a scam in bright daylight, went to collect gift vouchers and they said I will get it in 1 hour, later they sat with me in a hall with too much loud music so they don't want you to let you record conversation on your phone.
After giving you unwanted information about travel packages they nearly force you to buy their package, it's too good to be true so keep your nerves and don't fall prey, read reviews and save yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is fraud don't even think to become member of this fraud company. If you have signed this contract you can still cancel within 10 days. We have wasted our hard earned money and never used a single facility since last 4 year. 1st time I tried to use their property in manali they are asking more money even though we have paid everything.
