Pathetic customer service.
Plus no safety measures being followed. Half the employees are sitting without masks. The guard outside the bank is not wearing mask and tells false waiting time.
The guy sitting for aadhar updation is very blunt and rude. Does not know how to communicate professionally. Overall a terrible experience. If I would have any other option I would have never gone to this bank.
Please get some training to your employees for customer service and make them know covid safety measures
