यह स्थान ग्यारसपुर बस स्टैंड से 1.50 कि.मी. और विदिशा-सागर राजमार्ग के बाईपास से 1.00 कि.मी. की दूरी पर उत्तर की ओर स्थित पहाड़ी की ढलान पर है| पहाड़ी के नीचे तक पक्का रास्ता बना हुआ है तथा स्तूप तक चढने के लिये करीब 100 सीढियाँ चढ़ना पड़ती है| छठवी-सातवी शताब्दी में निर्मित 10.50 मीटर ऊँचे डोम के आकार का यह स्तूप 2.74 मीटर ऊँचे 18.40 मीटर व्यास के गोल चबूतरे पर बना हुआ है| स्तूप के चारो तरफ साँची के स्तूप जैसी ही रेलिंग रही होगी जो कालान्तर में क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई और उसके अवशेष चबूतरे के चारो ओर बिखरे पड़े है जिसमे भूमि-स्पर्श मुद्रा में बैठे हुए भगवान बुद्ध की प्रतिमाएँ नज़र आती है| इस स्थान का रखरखाव, सुधार एवम् सुरक्षा भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण विभाग द्वारा किया जाता है, लेकिन अभी तक स्तूप का पुनर्निर्माण पूरी तरह से नहीं हो पाया है|

This place is 1.50 km from Gyaraspur Bus Stand. And 1.00 km from the bypass of the Vidisha-Sagar highway. It is on the slope of the hill located on the north side. There is a paved road down to the bottom of the hill and about 100 steps have to be climbed to climb to the stupa. Built in the sixth-seventh century, the 10.50-meter-high dome-shaped stupa is built on a 2.74-meter-high 18.40-meter round platform. Around the Stupa there must have been a railing like the Sanchi Stupa which was damaged over time and its remains are scattered all around the platform, in which the statues of Lord Buddha, sitting in a ground-touching posture, are seen. The site is maintained, improved and maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India Department, but the stupa has not been completely rebuilt yet.
