★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 3rd class HDFC home loan branch. Staff is too slow and provides half info so you will end up visiting branch many times for 1 task.
Security has much info. than actual staff.
Pathetic & lower standard service by HDFC.
Kindly do not visit if you want to expedite your task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff cooperative. My disbursement case was taken up by Anju Birthalia and whole process took about 2 hours to complete. Thanks to Anju for her hep. If you have all defined documents ready I don't see any issue with disbursement. Overall it was nice seamless experience. Bankers are professional and are ready to make minor adjustments from case to case basis.
