When my actual production of interior work started i hardly had 20 days dead line before my house warming. These guys were on their toes to complete the work. Even in these 20 days time there were major civil changes, electirc point shifting, modifications on designs but both Monjoy & Rahul were 100% confident of meeting their deadline.
Our dream home was a reality only because of their hard work and perfect planning.
Even their post completion service is awesome. They are at my door steps to service any issues.

Not even a single face-to-face meeting with anybody from Inoption. I would only communicate with Rahul and team over Whataspp about my requirements right from the beginning to end. They guided us at each step, be it the colour selection or the material selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i bought home ,doing interiors was a uphill task .We searched various interior designers finally i chose Inoption . Best thing i liked about them , that they are very suppportive and provide various desgins to chose from .They do the quality work .Also they are very commited and complete projects in time .Many of my friends opted Inoption and are very satisified with work.
Some interior designers are like once they have finished their job does not provide any support or maintenance but Inoption was always suppportive and always had very fast response time to any work if required .Strongly suggest to opt for this interior firm

But with their superb professionalism and breathtaking result, I was relieved that I have hired one of the best interior designers in Bangalore. I could not recognize my own house once they handed over me over the house after completion of the designing work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my dream house after daydreaming about it for many years.Now I needed to make it my home and had so many ideas in my mind. In form of inoption I met friends who were there to help realise my ideas. We discussed a lot and came up with final design and as Rahul said that time that real product will be at least 10 percent better than design. They did deliver on their promises and I am really happy that I chose inoption for our interiors. Testimony to their excellent work is that they bagged further more projects in my apartment complex once people visited us and saw our house.My best wishes are always with you Rahul and Monjoy Sir and I am sure we are going to collaborate again very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having discussed with 10+ interiors , I went ahead with INOPTION and they have done a great job.
1) transparent and good designs
2)the actual outcome looks exactly same as the 3D photos
3) very reasonable pricing and cheaper compared to others.
4)they finished the entire project in less than 30 days.
Rahul and Monjoy are very approachable, they are very prompt in responding. They handled the interiors while I was not present there.

Honest Review, give your time to read if you are willing to get their service.
Inoption was trusted for interior work of my new apartment. The designing phase was very smooth and apt with Mr. Monjoy. They promised 45 days for the delivery. But when 45 days were over, and handover was no where to be seen or discussed, I was provided false promises every time that it will be done in next few days and it got stretched to 75 days. Even after that I found multiple quality issues with their work. During execution they have changed design without discussing with me. Changing that would further extend their work and delay the handover. I do not know if this was their tactics or not. At the end I had no option left but to move in as planned before they can officially handover.
There were hinges which were rusted and not cleaned. There is a wardrobe which is missing cover plate in one room but available in another, there are screws popingout inside kitchen cabinets. These screws can harm both humans and objects you are going to store. All these points i have raised to them two months back but no one turned up. It has been one month since by last reminder and they don't even bother to read the messages. They promise 3 year warranty for all repairs, with this kind of attitude I now understand its a pure lie.
Infact when they sent me final invoice there was same item billed twice and one item (cushion) which was listed but not delivered. When i asked about the cushion they said it will incur additional cost. Though it was resolved but left a bitter taste on the whole experience.
Don't let them install your bathroom fittings, they charge too much. Cheaper to get it done from someone else.
Moreover after I move in I found two floor tiles damage which wasn't the case when I gave them the keys because from builder I had got all damaged tiles repaired. Additionally 5 feet long copper gas pipe was missing and their supervisor Mr. Naveen had no clue about that.
My suggestion to others, opt for inoption if you don't have any other better options left. If you have already opted them and gone ahead then don't completely pay them off until your last pending things are completed. Because they will not attend you after that.
Don't go by the glossy pictures instead the devil lies in the detail and some pictures to prove that.
