Highly recommended for families with kids, senior citizens as each age segment has huge number of members and clubs which keeps them engaged and entertained. It houses mainly IT professionals and many budding entrepreneurs, Movie artists and technicians. It also has renowned lawyers, dentist, pediatrics and cardiovascular specialists. Its a value for money for long term residents as the upcoming Metro station will be at a stone throw distance and has good rental prospects for mid-term investors.

When you enter through the gate you should take left and then move towards basement . Then there are two divisions -1 & -2 they are nothing but floor . There are E1 ,E2 ,W1 , W2 blocks and the house is divided into alphabetical order. Therefore the place is too nice and it will be amazing to go through the basement.

Klassik benchmark went through ups and down , now with a strong support from members the Manager is taking good care. Almost every festival is celebrated with great spirit. Prime location .

2. 2 lifts in each block,
3. there is in house plumber and electrician on call
4. Security at gate is very thorough.
5. Clanliness staff works day and night keep the society clean
6. Balconies are very spacious compared to Bengaluru standards.
