★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had arranged for comprehensive health check for my parents Mr. Farooque aged 78 years and Ms Rashida 64 years. The total amount spent on these test was 9800/- which is extremely higher as compared to other diagnostic centres for health packages available.
The test were conducted in the most unorganised way, The staff never reported on time and 7 am morning we had to wait for first few test. For pending test the time given was 4.30 again the testing staff didn't report on time. The last lag of test which is utlrasound again the testing staff was not there so the time given was 6 however the technician came at 6.30 the test were conducted and we were sent fo check which ideally should have been arranged on time however for the check again we had to wait till 8 am. In all the entire circus was there for 13 hour period. My parents old age senior citizens and small kids 2 years, 5 years had undergone this torture from both hospital and Medirad side.
I will never recommend your hospital or diagnostic lab considering the torturing experience we had. I am posting this on all my social media handle as part of our experience so that others are spared from this torture which we had done through as a whole family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy staff.. Consulted for x-ray.. waited more than 3 hours for doctor to give report.. Call'd lab to send report summary due to staff behaviour need to fight with staff as they asked to show x-ray for reference doctor and informed us to wait for report summary as dr Jagadish is taking his own time for report summary. If any emergency if you are consulting then gone.. Unhappy with services and staff.. I don't recommend this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never recommend any lab tests, abdomen usg (ultrasound)he completes within 3 minutes, just u can imagine how fast he finishes and diagnose also not in all aspects, better visit prima siddapura or vydehi elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They denied the cd of CT scan.Every scan center provides the cd copy.we have to wait for couple of days because of that and delayed the treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi all yesterday I went , I didn't reviewed before going , experience was very bad they will take only 2 minutes to investigate USG how it is possible with in 2 minutes , even they will not give proper GST receipt and our debit/credit customer slip, looting only don't go there , thanks all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave blood sample and there was no response even late next day. They don't even bother to inform if the report is ready. I had even given my mail id, still the report was not sent. Had to call them to remind them to send the report. Very careless ...prices are not so reasonable...try other diagnostics around Whitefield...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had worst experience with staff, who was in so hurry that after completed my 75 year old father's CT scan, smashed 2 fingers in the door. I agree it was by mistake but it was unbearable pain to my father and he got fainted immediately. Blood came out from one of the finger nail and other is swallowen badly. Rates r high and they don't have courage to give the receipt. We have filed the case to a lawyer. Please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder why the rating is less at this center (First of all the guy in reception ,ask him a question ..he will redirect to ask the nurse or someone else in reception he don't want to speak to any patient except billing ) Jagdish the person who did the scanning completed the scan in 2 mins ..i thought people know alot for there experience and he finished it quickly ..the scan copy given was too small and blurry ..when I professionally requested for a clearer report (he started arguing and behaved very rude ) saying things like yellenda bartharo..go sit out for 5 mins ..common even illiterate people will behave better and professional .i felt I was in a government bus arguing with a conductor for change ...Never seen anyone behave so unprofessional in hospital field .i did not expect such pathetic outdated scan copies in this advanced technology center .again it depends on there machines and there organization upto them ..all I wanted is a clearer scan images ...And it did not required so much of attitude and drama to re-print it to me ..remember not all patients will remain clam with shity behaviour ...U never no what the patient is going through at that particular time ...Have some Curtisy coz u guys no the complications of pregnancy much better then us. .stressing someone pregnant with so much education ..No comments ..
