Palava city privides good amenities like Club house, Swimming pool, cricket ground, Children play area, Parking, 24×7 Security. Best place to live with Family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic society with incompetent society members. Tenants are treated as if they stay free of cost. You will not be a part of any function they celebrate or any festival they celebrate. They will surely come at your doorstep to ask for funds though. Stray dogs sitting at the society's main entrance. It is not at all safe for kids and to yourself to enter building at night. Dogs literally run for you when you try to enter the building at night. Since MURIEL IS A VESY SPECIAL SOCIETY, their security guard has a special place to sit and watch. They are not even seen from any direction while entering the society. All positive ratings arefrom the owners and not tenants, I'm sure about this.
Not at all recommended. (Ownership or rent)
Try somewhere else but not in this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Rio gold - good place to live in Mumbai comparing to other places. Maintenance is good. Tight security. Calm environment. A bit long from main road,but it is fine as they are providing free bus frequently for pick and drop. Muriel will be best option,as the back gate is very close,where you can make use of all necessary facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society has biometric systems and emergency services are available. It has play ground which is a boon for current age. Sand play and other rides are engaging for children's age 6 months and above. There you can hire cycle using app at a very low rates. Bus services available to drop you at main rd i.e. Shilphata road or Xperia mall. School and super markets available within Palava city. Only drawback is it doesn't connect with you central railway station.
