β β β β β Insurance office near nal stop on Karve Road. Just like any government office. Limited space for visitors to sit. If you want to renew policy, you need to submit photo copy of old policy. It takes about 30 minutes for full process. No dedicated parking, you need to park in the lane.

β β β β β It has been a great experience to be associated with new India insurance company. I had basically buyed insurance for my bicycle in back year 2014. Since then i have been renewing the insurance with this company. Also once i had a claim so it was very easy to claim, not too much of documentation and also the claim was processed faster than i excepted. The staff is very good friendly and informative. They help us to choose the policy and guide us if we have any problem or issue regarding insurance policy. And also they are punctual about their work and time. Overall a great experience.

1. Staff or Staff Service - Staff is very matured. They have resolved my queries in 5 - 10 mins.
2. Covid-19 safety - On entrance there is sanitizer to sanitize you hands. Every one is wearing mask and taking care of pandemic rules.
Overall i will rate this place 5 star *****.
Mostly this all five star goes to staff and management.
