1. There is no water problem....
2. Gated Security is available....
3. all flats has reserved parking area, but guest parking is not available.
4. Common 2 wheeler parking is available in society.
5. However if guest has car then they can park it outside the society on road since there is no rush and road is quite wider.
6. Solar water facility is available.
7. PMT bus stop is 100 meter away from society.
8. All basic shops and medical stores are within 100 meter range.
9. Well maintained PCMC Garden is just 100 meter away from society.
10. Rakshak Chouk is around 1.1 Km away, from there you can get public transport easily for Pune, PCMC and Hinjewadi area.
11. Pune - Bangalore National Highway 4(NH4) is just 3 Km away from society.
Pimple Nilakh area is like a central locality of the city, from here you can go to Hinjewadi, Viman nagar, Pune city, Talawade etc and all are almost equidistant. So locality is very good for salaried private job people. No need to shift the home after switching the company. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently shifted in here. The construction quality is good. The flats are well designed, airy.
All the doors, fitments are high quality as well.
This building is located at a slight distance from the main road which makes it a very calm and peaceful area.
Parking slots are exactly equivalent to number of flats, so each flat has a dedicated parking spot, but no extra spots.
There are no amenities like other high end societies provide. There's a banyan tree out front with a simple seating around it.
Water supply is from corporation.
Personally loved it here.
