★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service..internet goes off after 12 Am frequently......No technicians comes to your house...Its been 3 days my wifi is not working...and their customer care says is "24 hours main chalu hojayega sir...aur koi seva?" and that 24 hours never comes...really sad and angry with their service....useless one...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever..this is second time in a month that my internet is not working and post launching complaints it takes ages for technician to fix it, if u are opting for one broadband please make sure you are ok without internet for atleast 1 week before it gets fixed again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service. customer care pick up call always say within 24 hrs your issue will resolve. No one technician will come and resolve the issue. They only focus on marketing and increase customers. Service is very poor. If you guys read my message request you don't take connection. They not attend call. not professional work. for renew plan they call so many times. service point of view very cheap company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give zero star for the for the service they provide, worst speed plans, and every week my internet stops I have to ldo compliant, till now I have registered 30 to 40 complaint, they always say they are escalating the complain, Highly disappointed by service, I wanna switch to different service provider.
