★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am thoroughly satisfied with their service! Whenever there is a downtime and the internet isn’t working they send support staff immediately and get things fixed. Good service and good experience. And Mainly One Thing Is This......when i was in USA and my house network is not working , and i had a important work on internet ,and my local service provider not responding the call , then i was just check , and call to my nigdi internet service provider ( Avinash ) regarding my network issue , and what literly he recive my call and he help me and he said some settings , and when i do the all the settings and my internet worked, i am litrely shocked.

Hardly faced any connection issues so far, and when I needed to contact the customer support, they responded well on time.A great fibre optics internet provider in my area ( Sector -26 Pradhikran Nigdi ) go for it!

I have taken services of many ISPs in our area almost everyone but Optic Network provides best service they have two inputs so even if fibre gets disconnected you will still get internet at low speed on other cable and customer support is also the best. Great speed little bit costly but its worth it.
