★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wi-Fi speed is BAD, there is constant fluctuation in the network and the service is extremely pathetic.
They rarely answer calls or even update about the issue. Even if they answer calls , they never own up to the internet issue and are arrogant as well. 1 Star is for their Internet, if there was a option to give 0 or negative rating I would have rather preferred it. The Internet packages are also costly as compared to other service providers. I hope they improve after reading the review. People in my building are not happy at all with this service provider but we are just stuck with them as we do not have a better option.
