★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good residential project located in Noida Extension (Greater Noida West). The bedrooms & living rooms size is better compared to other projects in this locality. They claim to deliver the project by December'2019, which is also listed on UP-RERA website. It is a theme based project with towers named after historical female warriors & princesses, and gardens, etc. are designed in palatial pattern too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst project I have ever seen.. I booked the flat in 2010...and they promissed procession in 2013 Dec. Now 8.5 years gone.. these are real fraud.... Still I don't have any clue when this will be delivered.... There must be some negative star ranking. I can't give less than one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please let us know when 1st phase of project will complete as Rudra/Edelweiss is saying it will be delivered by June end. Any update on this project. As progress is very very slow.
Edelweiss comes into picture almost 1 year back but still no hope. Hopeless!!!!Progress is very very slow. When asked Edelweiss employees they say construction in full swing. If structures of buildings were already completed 2 years back then it should not take 3 years just to do finishing works and developing parks and commercial. Construction of Club and swimming pool have just started. For last 6 months they are only busy in developing commercial. Now a days only 50 to 60 labors can been seen in this project but actually 200 to 300 labors should be required if they want to deliver phase 1 by August end.
Everytime they will give lots of excuses for this slow progress of Rudra Palace heights. They will give excuses like NGT has ordered to stop construction work, NBFC funding crisis, Construction work has stopped due to ongoing election, first we will complete commercial then will start finishing..Only God can save this project
Edelweiss and Rudra both are making fun of their customers
They have already promised possession date for March and June but both dates have crossed . Lier lier lier .....cheater cheater. They are lier n cheater

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 4 years since construction started and more then 6 years since booking. Hoping it will be completing next year end as almost all towers erected..
Also hoping Rudra builders to live upto their promise of great quality construction.. Lets see how the interiors will be built..
Edit 2019 : reducing rating to 3 :
It's been now 8 years since booking and almost 6 years since construction started. The builder is on no mood to finish and deliver the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have invested my full earned hard money in this Rudra Palace Heights on Jan,2013 saying that possession will be Dec 2017, now we are in May,2021 nobody picking calls, personal visit could not happen due to neither office nor site are open. Feeling very Bad ….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a flat in 2019, with a promise that I will get the flat by Dec 2019 by the Builder and Edelweiss (Mr. Saurabh Kushwah), but till now not received any information.
Edelweiss is now not involved with the property and also the promoters are in prison.
Anyone thinking of investing in this property please consider.

Not a safe side for labours with children. But the flats are good.
They must follow some norms of safe construction.
Or else everything is good.
It's a sustainable construction with 3 star rating.
