★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located road touch this property comes under prime build from a reputed builder. Offering great build, the tower has a great view of Ghodbunder Road & has beautiful amenities. Though the drawback is it has water issues ( no 24 hours water supply ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traffic noise, construction noise, monkey can visit at you flat any time, Street dogs spoil beautiful garden almost every day also they r scary, not easy to visit local shop easy for kids n senior citizens and the most imp is maintainece is very high almost one bhk n one n half bhk owners are paying 5000/- after paying high maintainece the water is not clean. Only good thing is...it's far from crowded area n air quality is better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project was good but the sales person was so untrained that because of the experience we decided not to move ahead.
I had 3 other friends also who were looking to invest with me, but I think Puraniks have to train the team first on what is customer empathy and objection handling.
It's sad to see that sales executive like Mr. Javed who can really be polished well, are not given proper training due to which people like me ( who take decision not on the basis of product solely but also as to who is the point of contact) don't feel confident moving ahead.
