I personally visited as areawala local guide through my friend and found not good ventilation in mid of society for walking purpose.
Overall look and others are ok and you can visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High maintenance cost, no security is here, maintenance is very poor. Without any intimation builder increased DG price from 17 to 30 rs. If you complaint to maintenance team, builder have Bouncers to treat with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entry gate has piles of garbage around it. The entry is very steep leading to accidents. The walls have gutkha paan all over. The security guards are illiterate and indisciplined. The maintenance team is worst. DG charges are 30 per unit. The garden and common area are not maintained. Lots of electricity cuts. Most of the times in summers there is power cut.

The maintenance is pathetic. nobody listen to you. Right from top to bottom. Value of your flat will depreciate drastically if you invest, due to poor maintenance and forget about staying here. You will not feel like calling friends also to dirty society.

I m shifted here one manth back but builder giving a very poor quality sanitary system and kitchen wardrob. One month is complete but work is still pending After complaining so many times in maintenance department no action taken by maintenance department if you r investing in samridhi grand Avenue pls take care and check all the work and all the facilities given by builders

2. Carpainter work
3. Electricity meter
4. Plumber work
Very pathetic services of samridhi maintenance and very poor quality product use at the time of possession like sanitary work or wooden work in kitchen.
