★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My courier was supposed to come from Mazgaon to Goregaon..both are hardly 28 Kms apart..for this distance they took 3 days..its a very slow service. I was not in good health, else I could have collected my stuff by traveling to Mazgaon directly from sender within 1/2 day! Pathetic
Another incident on Jan 18.. Mr. Ajay Dewle is an unprofessional employee in goregaon east branch. He knocks some neighbors locked door and later calls me and tells we didn't open the door, wheeeas we were at home all day. He assures that the courier will be delivered next day. After few days still when the courier is not received he mentiones I m not the responsible person to deliver your courier, the duty changes everyday. If that is the case then you should not commit in the first place that you will deliber it next day! I finally had to ask the helper from my source to get the courier for me.
