★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Experience i had booked appointment for MRI scan at brorivali center the appointment was at 3 pm. accordingly i was there on time but i had to wait for 2 hours. whatever might be the reason you cannot keep the customer waiting for 2 hrs. They could have told me this before when i had called before leaving the house. At that time they said u come at 3pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start, the toilet is PATHETIC. I had gone for a CTScan. Post finishing 2 bottles of water I ask receptionist (R) to inform the doctor (D). After 10min I asked her again, she said one patient is inside and then a lady sitting behind me (who came after me) will go and then I can go. I told her I want to finish this faster as 12hrs of non feeding my baby will further get extended. The R's tells me that she will inform the D. Post that I am called and the D says that you may not be ready yet and he warns me if I do the scan without being ready I will have to again insert the medicine through my anal. Being scared I told I will wait. Later they take the lady who came after me for the scan. I was worried about more delay in feeding my baby. Then their comes a senior patient on stretcher and after the lady coming out they decide to take the patient I loose myself and start crying. The R tells what is the reason to cry in an annoying tone and also adds that if only I am ready they will send me. First of all she is not a doctor. Second lady coming after me is ready before me. Unprofessional and will not recommend anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 5th number in queue for sonography..it took almost 2:45 minutes to get our turn..very slow process. After every sonography doctor takes 10 mins break..horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. I had visited 2 months back. I have needle phobia the way i was treated was not only rude but insulting. The same test i got to done jariwala and what a lovely and corporative team they have. today when i called Shreeji on landline they have no courtsey to give detailed information. Sharing rates for test is all what they believe in sharing as information, fasting required , how long it takes etc. Even after asking there is no proper reaponse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this centre at least 6 times in the past 1 year accompanying my mother for her scans and have had horrible experience everytime.
The washrooms are worse than what u will find in slums or BMC hospitals, with no water, no working flush.I hv got a urinary tract infection everytime I visited this place.
Patients are made to wait for more than 2-3 hours even after calling up and fixing scan times on phone. Staff is always on their phones and joking around like they are in a party.No professionalism from staff.
Unfortunately it's the only centre having good scan machines as recommended by our family doctor. But I'll never again visit this place and strictly prohibit any of my friends or relatives to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i had visited shreeji diagnostic borivali branch. I had came for pelvis sonography. Before coming i had called receptionist for timings and female doctor. They asked me to come by 2.30pm n also said female doctor is available. i arrived at said time. Prior me there were 2 patients. 1st patient took almost an hour..By this time i had plenty of water as it was for sonography.. After that around 3.45 , 2nd patient went for diagnosis.. she took around 20 mins...once she came out i asked receptionist dat can i go now... she asked me to wait n went to meet female doctor. After a while both came out n receptionist said that doctor is leaving as her time is up.. so she need to go other place...i said receptionist dat i m not feeling comfortable , my bladder was full... she asked me will male doctor be ok to you.. I said that i have already confirmed about female doctor n then have come.. as i was not comfortable with male doctor.. she said they can,t do anything .....and asked me to come tomorrow...i said them that my doctor has asked me to do diagnosis on 2nd day of period....but that ruthless female doctor didnt stop. she left ......Is this facility provide by such reputed centre....Was this correct way towards patient by doctor.........I seiously regret for selecting this centre for my diagnosis.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service n no respect for patients time. My mother is 73 yr old heart patient. Had taken appointment for 2D echo. We reached on time but staff had forgotten to inform doctor and no one was available. No feedback form available. When asked about giving feedback they offered plain paper on which complaint can be written. Dnt know hw management works like this. Worst experience ever. Being doctor I refer my patients here for xrays bt never ever doing that again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice interiors. Latest equipments as shared by our family doctor (as my knowledge is limited). Spacious enough to carry the patient in the x-ray or sonography rooms.
Very courteous reception staff.
There is a huge scope of training requirement for sisters, cleaners and staff who help in lifting the patient.
They don't listen even to their internal staff or doctors !!!! forget the patient or people accompanying him / her.
They work as per their comfort and not as per patient requirement. If you happen to speak to them they will treat you like dirt !!!
I am surprised why management is tolerating such behavior in the field of medical service !!!
