★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a general review of SOTC bangalore. I tried to find out details about my trip (pre-booked well in advance to China). Very disappointed with the response by the customer care dept.
No transparency in the currency exchange rates. Also they dont have the correct contact numbers of their own branches (i was given the wrong number of the Jayanagar branch). Will update more about SOTC after my trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disorganised arrangements.Once they get their money they are least bothered about clients.I had a vey bitter experience last week on my trip to Bhutan.pl avoid Sotc as your travel partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We opted for Europe trip from SOTC. Trip was good and could cover important places. People who served food from different of the counties were excellent. Tour manager was also good. Over all memorable trip.
But here in Bangalore people were not professional. For everything thing laid-back attitude. We received visa 3 hours before traveling. There was no proper information about anything. We had to mail and ask everything. Which was upsetting. Jayanagar branch was really bad. Not happy with basic services like mailing the information, visa processing so on.
Kindly recheck before opting for any services. If possible go to main branch instead of sub branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOTC Jayanagar not at all responsive.. we contacted them for international customised package for 10 members... so called branch manager Preksha said she is busy in meeting .. will call back in 30 minutes... no call from her or team even after 2 days... again we called them ... same response... not sure why they don’t need new business...however SOTc Basaveshwara Nagar branch immediately responded for our queries and provided the quote for our group

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking amount not refunded in spite of it being promised and after several reminders . Phone calls not returned and no reply to emails as well .very disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't get cheated with SOTC. They will ask you to make payment in advance with some false quote. later they say that they haven't booked hotel till last day. On last day, they will ask you for extra money to do the booking otherwise you cannot go to holiday.
