★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to be more clean and only one counter of reservation and rest two counters are closed. So new people should be added in rest of the two counters so that people don't get disturbed

2. No enquiry booth or computerized enquiry system
3. No digital display
4. Most important - 5/6 mnts per person time taken for ticket reservation. So Tatkal ppl who r 2nd in line can forget tkng tickets from here.
5. No water dispensing machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the lifeline of people who require offline tickets in the Thakurpukur region. The officer posted here was,very amiable and helpful. But the problem is they seriously lack in manpower. Need at least 2 more employees. Whrn tatkal hour comes its really difficult for one single person to manage. So ticket booking is really slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good behaviour of staffs and comfortable seats available. But there is only one counter open. The rest two counters are closed. So, people have to wait for a long time. But, I can tell it's a good place. Not uncomfortable at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has really very good system. From the early morning, people write their names for maintaining their order in line, both separately for both general and tatkal.
Inside there are seating arrangement of 5seats.There are 2 counter, in which one is for enquiry And another for ticket reserving.
There are particular lunch time,!!

Beside honda show room.
Staffs are well behaved and efficient. Normally not so much crowded.
Working hours: 8 AM to 2 PM recess : 12PM to 12.30PM
