Fecent sizes of the houses but mantainance is average.
Club house and amenities are just for the namesake.
Convenient location near to tech companies but highly priced also.
It looks like close to 8 years old society.
Since we are talking of row houses in a very small society the mantainance cost is very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment with numerous villas. Majority of them are girl's pg which offer room on sharing and non-sharing basis. Must checkout for the girls who are looking for a good pg accommodation in Whitefield area. PG like a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place to stay no body can ever imagine that there could be villas near graphite India area.i have been staying here from past 2 year as a PG and it's just awesome you can never find a place better than this if you are a working professional and work in Whitefield area. The security is also good and People who stay here also maintain the dignity overall a good place to stay. If I talk about villas, quite specious and clean. Only disadvantage is to buy any stuff you have to go 2 km at least near cmrit area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Row Houses/Villas near the IT Hub. Excellent amenities for a family to stay. Very quiet and secluded from the City rush. All houses are very spacious and best suited for families to stay.

During lockdown, I went my hometown and was paying 50% rent just for one cupboard which contained my belongings. After 6 months, I thought to bring back my belongings from PG and came to know that my almirah was opened or I can say broken and maximum of my things were missing. The PG owner accepted that he broke my almirah without my consent and I lost all my important and expensive things. It was a loss of minimum 10k rs to me. The PG owner didn't cooperated with me and inspite of being guilty, he was very rude to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly fix the 6th solar heater from the right. It's leaking and wasting water daily. Informed the security person but I see it's not fixed. (Pics taken from the opposite building). Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quiet place in the heart of Whitefield. Secluded from dust and noise.
It has a swimming pool, a gym, and a billiards pool.
Just be aware that some old grouch in row A complains a lot if you're taking a stroll and talking on your phone.
