Area is very bad and you will sticking air everytime.
Society people are just followers of secretary when it comes to bachelor they will try to dominate you and everytime keeps complaints without any reason.

No power back, very noisy.
Secretary (Lezo) is very ill mannered and nosy. Habit of interference in personal affairs, makes illogical rules and force everyone to follow.
The amenities are not maintained.
Security guards are rude and behave like owner of the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Management committee and security guards both misbehave with tenants especially with female tenants. They tell you on your face that they will only help owners not tenants. Regarding water issues or any issue if you are a tenant they will not listen to you neither talk to you. Security guards misbehave and disrespect you.i have a dought on their security facilities also for ladies because security guards are actually very disrespectful. I am not taking any committee members name but my request is if someone is planning to move in this apartment please check and think twice. There is no society what's app group for tenants only owners are allowed . Bad politics in the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful community and has all the amenities, few bachelors and spinsters have created a havoc in the community and that has been very well controlled by the association. Few hate commenters should understand its a family residential apartment and not an extended PUB facility. Few uncultured crowded bachelor's residents few of them in this review list have pathetically and irresponsibly behaved to their neighborhood flats and to the association. 0kms to Super markets, 100 mts to leading international schools, 100 mts to Good Hospitals , 500 mts for a good Pubs and restaurants.
