1. Non customisable 2. Complete Slim fit collections. 3. Collections are limited but worth a try Visited for my besties wedding purchase and this proved to be a reasonable store in terms of price and fit.

This outlet is good for suits and bandhgala. Partywear suits have lots of collection in affordable price ranges most of the time there will be discount on selected garments. One can choose the dress they like, and need not to worry about fitting as they have tailors and alteration will be done within two hours.

It's a must to visit showroom. Shahid and team were polite, courteous and helpful in selecting me the right fitting of trousers. They gave me ample of time and attention. It has become my go to place for any sort of mens shopping especially trousers. They will also provide adequate support in alteration also so that you can be satisfied with the fitting

Aweful experience! Spend more than 10k on a suit and the alterations ruined the suit. Above that the salesman started blaming me for asking for alterations in the first place even though they over-promised on getting it right and themselves suggested them. What the hell! Don’t recommend them at all. Please try Louie Philippe next door who were honest and did a way better job. These folks are not professional at fits, alterations and neither owning their mistakes. Have even complained Blackberry head office about this.

Visited this particular Blackberry's showroom to buy a suit, which required a few alterations. While attempting to pay for the suit, I was informed that the machine was down that day and I would have to pay via UPI to which I said that I'd like to use my credit card but would make an advance payment to confirm the order, which they accepted. So far so good. The store informed me that the suit would be ready in 3 days and that they'd call me. Fast forward three days and I didn't hear back from them. On calling them I was informed by the ASM at the store that she called and spoke to me over the weekend (this never happened) and that since I had not made the full payment, the alteration work wasn't started. None of which was communicated at any point in time. This is when the store's terrible customer service really kicks in. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady tells me she's the manager (she wasn't). I asked for corporates number and she let's me know that I can find it on Google. I end up calling corporate that promptly goes into action (Thanks Amit). I recieve a call from the store apologizing saying that they'll complete the alteration on priority, the only problem is they've lost the measurements that they took. We make another trip to the store only to find the measurements still attached to the suit. They assure us that the suit will be ready, which they complete after the additional trip, the next day. On trying out the suit we find a pin left inside the suit. The final payment was sent to the ASMs personal UPI handle since the store was undergoing an audit. This was by far my worst experience at a Blackberry's and will most probably be my last and I've been a loyal customer for several years. I read another similar review for this store. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
