★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since none of shop is porting to BSNL then i came to here I got my number ported to BSNL at rs 20 only. you can assume 30 rupees for petrol so total cost is 50 which is still cheeper than other service providers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a new sim card of bsnl, my experience is super. Just went meet and got quickly my new bsnl sim card.
What you only need is a local aadhar card.
Ask me if any help needed.

The building looks like a dungeon.
I visited the office for atleast 10. times to get a new sim and finally got my money returned.
It's a dream that would never come true to get a sim here. They keep giving many reasons everytime and a new one each time.
Once I went to get number ported but there was no power.
Another time on Saturday there was only one person and told me no service was available.
It is because of employees like them government is blamed.

It is all digitalized.
Network quality ok, not the best due to lack of subscribers. It is very minimal in rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for a pre-postpaid conversion. After 5 visits to this place and after 3 weeks, still not active. The 2 ladies there will promise on every visit that all is fixed and they will call me by 4 pm, that never happened. Good example of a gov office and how it functions. Have to wait atleast 20 minutes even if there is a single customer.
Finally fed up and went to airtel. Postpaid connection was activated in 10 minutes.
