★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder is completely useless. they will talk everything good before registration but after that they will not even care even 1%. Completely useless builder and finishing of the apartment is also not good at all. Very Very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful and homely environment. Gated community with 4 towers and 164 total units. 24x7 security with and CCTV surveillance. Gym, swimming pool, children play area, Badminton court, paved walking track, own borewell, 24x7 power backup, decorated garden area, community Hall.
Units are for sale - 2&3 bhk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live in. Secured by CCTV at almost all corners and all floors of the apartment. They have a swimming pool with no water. Gym is available with all necessary equipments. There is also a playarea where in the kids can have some good time. Rent starts from 16 k and the maintenance is at an average 3k. The drawback is that they does not have Service lift and all the heavy things needs to be carried via stairs. Rest all are good.

It's very near to the Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple.
You will find all kinds of Shops at walking distance.
They have basement parking.
Amenities like Clubhouse, gym and badminton court.
They do have a swimming pool with no water

You get 24/7 security with CC surveillance cameras all around.
Power backup and Bore well water available.
Society is well maintained.
The construction quality would have been much better though

Total 4 blocks A to D each 3 floor with separate parking space for each flat.. Gym, TT, Badminton, swimming pool.
