★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a cupboard . While purchasing, they informed that the delivery will be free, however during the delivery they charged Rs 1500 and where negotiating so much, we ended up paying Rs 900.
post delivery, its been 3 days and technician to fix the cupboard hasn't turned up. Not commited to what they say during the sales/while making payment.

Even after my warranty got lapsed, I still got the free replacement. I would like to thank Designer Arul for his good service. Finally if you go with a brand like Godrej you will definitely get good service. Thank you Godrej Interio.

Some useful information: you can't purchase from directly meaning place an order and then it gets delivered by two weeks based on the product availability.

Few of the items are available in 2-3 weeks as they provide a fresh piece as per the customer order. Very few are available immediate delivery basis
