★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went mini secretariat for my driving license in Dec 2020.
First of all they need to update online process for applying driving license. Online website says slot applicable from 9am-5pm but it's only done from 9am-12pm. Also there is no mention of 300rs redcross first aid training to be done before going to mini secretariat.
Also staff is in super hurry and nobody will listen for your queries.
I went thrice to get my learning license done. That's why you will find 50% agents there. This is a very big scam going on and government needs to take action on this or improve process for applying driving license.
In a nutshell, it was a horrible experience and that's why most of the people pay extra to agents and get their driving license without any hassle.

Bike parking 20 rupees. Car parking- don't know.
If you want to go for any work and u didn't have appointment with anyone. Then go only on 9-12 timing.
Because many counter get closed after 12pm like licence counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well to be honest its a government facility so u cant say its safe from covid due to crowd issue and also u know how the staff of government facilities are my experience was not good as because of staff behaviour and their attitude, like you are there in search for help or something ,worst staff ever ,No social distancing ,ppl roaming around without mask,doing smoking

Either locking blocks of a simple PCC may be done by the authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place for all the legal works and certificates be it rent/lease agreement, preparation of affidavits, driving license , OBC certificate.. District courts, DC and regional DCPs offices, labour offices and whole working govt. machinery of the city, you will find at this place.
Has awesome car parking on payment basis.. on working days, it is very crowdy here..moreover place for cricket matches on weekends due to ample open space..
