★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated next to Century TVS Showroom. It is a small pick up point. Neeta service is good if your luck is good. 1/3 times there will be issues with the bus, but that is true for almost any travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. The bus was 26 seater, Bharat Benz which was ver old. They charged 500Rs, however seats vre uncomfortable & the driver and the conductor was very rude. Please don't use the service

Not only retrieving the vehicle was a hassle as they changed the drop place at the last minute wherein we had to travel back and forth but the vehicle was delivered with scratches at multiple places, dents and my very new looking vehicle now looks terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good bus. I travelled for the first Tim in this bus from Pune to borevali mumbai. It's a seater AC bus with very reasonable price and they drop you at your location on or before time. This bus goes to Mumbai every hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Neeta bus in my whole travel journey.
I booked my bus 2 hrs earlier in Shivajinagar,Pune and board on my pickup point on time. I waited for the bus but the driver left me without picking. Even I didn’t get any call from Neeta bus operater. He just left without picking me. When I called him he told me to come on next stop which is 8 km away from my current location. I took an auto rickshaw and started following the route but driver called me told that he can’t wait for me now and again he left me. I called in Pune office but for 1 hr no one answered my call. When they picked up my call they told me that sir bus aapke yaha aya tha, 6.13 to 6.15 ruka tha..but I didn’t seen bus there in that time and if you waited for me then why you didn’t call me? Also driver told me that he didn’t know that it was my pickup point. How is it possible? When you gave me time of 6.15 then why you left the place at 6.13 without calling me?
Even the office guy from pune office told me that sir simple he, apko call nhi aya to thoda aap dekh lete. Is it your professionalism? From 2nd location ( it’s =Aundh, Pune ) most of the travels didn’t follow that route then again I took auto from that location and gone to Wakad ( again 8km far).
1)Your driver and office guy became ruide and cut the phone. Where is profenalism?
2)Who will pay for my auto bills which Is approximately 300 rs for 16-18 KM?
3)Who will pay for my time and discomfort?
I will boycott Neeta bus from today onwards and influence my followers that they should do the same.
