@RituKumarHQ pathetic online service . Order takes over 3 weeks yet not fulfilled !Rude customer reps. No email answers to questions of a client of two decades . @AmazonindiaIn take a bow , designer deliveries have a long way to catch up with your market place . So much to learn!
Don’t use online . Go to the shop if you must !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just aweful service. We bought products above 90k. For every alteration we need to go to the tailor and the store girl made us walk all the way to his shop. They don't even ask the tailor to come to their shop. Also, the store girl made us talk to the tailor and negotiate with him. They are degrading the brand value to a greater extent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed by the behaviour of staff and store manager. I asked them to feed my crying baby in the evening today, store was empty and no one was in the trial room and they bluntly said no without even think twice! (The manager being a lady said no for this.) And asked me to go on lower ground floor from 2nd floor, escalator was in different direction and very far from each other, i literally struggled to reach to feeding room while my kid was crying all this while! And later some another store allowed me to use their fitting room.
I would never buy and will never recommend anyone to buy anything from label Ritu Kumar!
