★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst interview procedure... de ll call for interview ask formality question like which company... wat were u dng der .. finally end up with salary....de ll c our salary.. n says ll let u know...if u ppl r salary oriented dont call for interview complete ua formal interview in ph itself.. u ppl dont know how difficult to get permission frm our boss...hope u ppl ll understand n neva do this further...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad impression on interview, they will take and drill with all rounds and in the end HR will say silly reason and asks for very very less salary, not even equal to Current drawn salary.. Simply they are wasting time of candidates, instead they could have asked them on call about salary expectation and about work experience before scheduling interviews....simply waste of time and waste of commuting expenses..
