★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonajhuri is a place at Shantiniketan famous for a big local market called "sonajhuri hat or mela under the sky and under the shadow of sonajhuri trees. Market (mela/ hat) is open second halh of the day everyday especially on Saturday. You can buy here various kinds of hand made local products such as batic printed shirts, kurtas, sharee, skirt etc, various cotton and silk sharee with stitched work, various wooden works, paintings, juwellary and ornaments made of metal and natural things, various leather products specially ladies bag and purse, cotton bags,toys etc. You can go to visit Shantiniketan, Biswabharati University and khoai river with your family, friends and kids for two or three days for enjoy the natural beauti of the world famous place and buy some thing from sonajhuri hat at cheap rate. Various beautiful hotels and Resorts are available here to stay.

#Holi/#Basant Utsav/#Dol/ Santiniketan Holi......... ......we all friends were going there to enjoy this year Holi/Basant Utsav /Dol in a grant way.
Thousands of people gathered there because due to covid Holi was celebrated in SONAJHURI instead of SHANTINIKETAN BISWABHARATI CAMPUS.
