★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, rude, idiotic staff on Bangalore to Hyderabad route. Misbehave with passengers. They even abuse and fight with passengers.
Worst staff ever seen. Never ever prefer this bus service. Contact no.s given on the website don't work. the attendants don't pick your call if you want to know the status or location of the bus. No communication when they change bus no. or seat no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus I have ever travel. Worst experience , they will not drop u till distinction ,they will make u to change the buses so many time .... I was traveling from nagpur to Bangalore, they made us to change the bus 3 times and they stop the bus before 100 of Bangalore and told us bus is not going and driver left us in the mid of the road ... Girls should not travel , no safety.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Bangalore - Atmakuru on 02/02/2020, The staff is very rude with passengers irrespective of their problem. This servie will come before the time saying we are waiting and due to the passeger is coming on time, they are getting delayed. If the passenger asks to stop the bus for any natural calls, they are very frustated and getting into argument saying getting delayed due to stops. Please find the different travels, these are the last preferred travels if you don't have any option.

.... Don't even know how to talk.
Bed bugs.... Cockroaches... Chiiiiii...
Dabba buses sounds too much not properly maintained..... Or else they buyed seized buses.... Strongly... Strongly recommend not to travel at any cost... If Even free

Inside the city only pick up wan at both source and destination.
Try to avoid booking this travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst transportation ever seen in my life. Despite corona, forget about maintaining sanitization , the bus is way old, blankets are cheap and they would have been in use since long as it has huge dust.
I have asked to change but they didn't. Despite informing about the worst experience, they still ask us to give good rating.. Creepy...Staff is indecent. No water bottle given too. Never ever go for this travel group. Instead postpone if you have no choice..
