Placement Specialty:
1. Apartment situated in middle of 2 main roads.
2. Can reach ITPL, Hope form and White field within 10 min.
3. From the apartment, we can easily reach, Green city supermarket, vegetable shops and Bazaar Street.
4. We can access both the both side Main roads easily from our apartment.
5. Opposite side of our apartment is a Green belt area. So we will get fresh air, peaceful environment, and good enough Water.
6. We have 3 borewells, which will supply us with water for the whole year.
7. To reach big hospitals, fuel stations, Metro Train, and Whitefield Railway station, it would take 05 min from our apartment.
8. Jio fiber , Airtel fiber connections available.
9. Busy area, but calm and silent.
Building Quality
1. The construction quality of our apartment is excellent.
2. Our apartment is built in 1 Acer land, but has only 72 Houses.
So, Between each house we have a spacious common area.
3. Our apartment is certificated with (OC) Occupation certificate and 'A' Khata Certificate.
4. Sufficient gap between all sides of our apartment.
5. All houses are having a minimum 425 Sq.ft of UDS.
6. Having a spacious car parking for all house.
7. On both sides of our apartment, we have a garden.

It has its pros n cons.
Pros being spacious lobbies and carpet area.
Well connected.
The apartment looks old ..some paint job and patch up work is required.
Amenities are lame. Gym, playarea are for namesake.
