★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served expired chocolate bites by Starbucks today. I’m equally at fault, as I didn’t bother to check. But this did leave a sour taste in my month, figuratively and literally as this was the first cafe I visited post lockdown. Second guessing my choice of paying extra to load funds into my Starbucks membership card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous staff, who will help you place the order. There are a ton of options. Paying via their app promotes ones drink to a larger size. I was visiting a Starbucks after 10 years and the first time in India. They maintain immaculate standard of beverages and food, along with the ambience is always top notch. Would love to visit more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. One of the best in Bangalore when it comes to coffee quality and consistency. Can get crowded over the weekend but a good place to chill during weekdays. You can also get takeaway or order via Swiggy/Zomato if you don't want to dine in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They literally have the friendlest staff I have ever seen istg and also the food is fresh and delicious. My favourite food has to be the almond cookies and the tiramisu cake. The coffee is made right in front of you and is one of the best in town. If you are a coffee lover you must try the chocolate caramel frappcino as it is the season special. Will keep coming here again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience at Starbucks in Bangalore VegaCitySocial . Totally offended by the act of your staff. Even when we asked for specific drink she was commanding to take drink of her choice. And she wrote same names for 3 cups. She was like pay and go attitude. Poor customer service and really its very Disgusting experience will never visit again. I was so excited to visit starbucks. As came to Bangalore from kerala just to experience starbucks but its just a waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best starbucks i have visited yet. The place is filled with fresh natural lighting and the location is also very prime right on the Bannerghatta road. The restaurant is very neat and the staff is also very friendly. The coffee and snacks are very fresh and they keep upto the standards of starbucks. The day when I visited it was raining heavily and I enjoyed my visit by sipping my coffee and viewing bangalore rain. I tried macha cold coffee and few snacks with friends. I am sharing the details. Hope they will be healpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store located right on the ground floor of Vega City Mall. Not usually over crowded, ans you can get space to sit and enjoy your coffee.
Clean and tidy, it's a self service cafe.
Not overly excited over the coffee, it's was mediocre. But extra points for the brownie, that was perfect!
After all the shopping at the mall, it's a good place to take a break!
