★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just love tea from tea junction. I make it a point to have their tea whenever I visit South City Mall. But recently I noticed that the Tea Junction in the food court is not serving tea in clay pots or kulhad. Instead of clay pots they are serving tea in paper cups which hampers the taste of the tea.Everytime u ask for the kulhad u will get reply that just now it has finished. Whether it is in the morning at 11 .30 a.m or in the evening. I think this is not true . They are doing it intentionally to cut the cost. But serving tea in kulhad is their speciality. If they continue in this way then I think they will lose many of their customers. Hope the authority looks after the situation and do the necessity.

Elaichi tea costing Rs 60 would get you a tasteless chai, almost equal the volume of the roadside stall Rs 5 tea cup and, even that tastes better.
Have tasted their other varities of tea too.
Complete waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staff attitude. Ordinary tea. They don't accept upi payments but talk rubbish things like upi not working/service down etc.
There are much better tea shops in South city mall Food Court. This place is just avoidable.
