★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggested not to visit Vision Express Sector 14, Gurgaon. Pathetic store Incharge Manjit
1. Misguide customer service, negligent in eye checking
2. Manjit speaks lie and delay delivery of specs
3. Deliver wrong specs when complaint then Manjit is very rude while dealing with customer complaint.
Even refused to listen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please friends don't even think to go vision express if you love your eyes I have a very worst experience with them they are just greedy of money and cheater they have unprofessional staff and they don't know the value of eyes. When I went first time at vision express they give me diffective frame when I told them they said it can not be happen after some time they said that yes by mistake we gave you diffective frame and then they gave extra power lence in that frame. Still i am facing problem horrible experience with vision express sector 14 Gurgaon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is actually Reliance Vision Express. Their staff and services are pathetic as mentioned in other reviews.
Their eye checkup is unreliable as they increased my number while I went to several other doctors in Medanta, Fortis etc where my number was the same as previous one. They agreed to deliver my specs in 2 days and even after a week no sign of specs.
Their charges are high while their staff is idiot. They cannot figure out your product and from that of others. Hated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vision Express is the only brand of contacts I have found so far that suits me. However, this store in sector 14 has very poor customer service. The wait time per customer is so long. I used to buy my , my wife's and my daughter's glasses and contact lenses from Vision Express Ahmedabad for quite a few years and never had a complaint. The people attending us at Sector 14 start discussing other clients while we are waiting to finish giving in our complete order. They take about 30-45 minutes just to place the order of the same product I have been buying consistently from them for the past year and half. I have been waiting for my last order for more than half a month and haven't received any updates on it. The phone number of this store has not been updated anywhere so I couldn't get in touch with the store for several days. The toll free number also doesn't work. When I finally did get in touch with the store today, nobody knew where my order was. I was told that I would receive an update in the evening but never got a call back. When I finally called them back, they still hadn't checked and said they would call back in a little bit. This time, I did get a call back, but to my dismay, they had noted down my order wrong. All I could think was "how?! We have been ordering approximately the same thing every single time We have visited this store".
This has been a terrible experience and rest assured I will not be visiting this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These buggers have no value of someone else time. Lack of communication. Vision express is a v nice company and my experience with other stores is very nice. Sector 14 store is not at all able to carry the quality and service of Vision Express. Disappointing.
