Also you can make payments of your BSNL Bills here. It is an exchange of BSNL also. Commercial Officer also sits here.

β β β β β Took our company's documents on July 20th, 2019. It has been 1 month and still no person has showed up to give the service. Very poor and worst services provided to customer.

β β β β β This government facility is housed in a terribly shabby building. There is no dedicated reception where one can report, nor proper guidance to a customer seeking a BSNL phone connection. One is tossed from floor to floor, clueless, with complacent staff giving various excuses to provide the necessary form.
But for one or two customer-friendly staff in the new building, one would have left the place fully frustrated!
They would do well to pull up their socks in today's times with so much competition in the telecom sector.

β β β β β I wish I could no star and write this review. But as many already know this they have zero concern for customers and they hardly even care what your complaint is. After many thought we took a fibre internet connection but the speed was so pathetic had to cancel However the BSNL was not able to cancel my connection easily because they generate a wrong bill. If they continue in this path they will be gone very soon
