Water supply and apartment members are good human beings.

Apart from that it is good option for tenant to take flat on rent. Apartment do not have any restrictions. Apartment itself take cares of two rescued pets.
Anukul Poornima Apartment is C wing. A and B comsiste of row houses.
Cons to buy property here
Cons :
1) No lights on road for complete A, B and C wing.
2) Unmanaged Garden Area.
3) Cracked compound walls. No compound at back side.
4) Not a housing society, its a apartment.
All the cons are depend upon builder so apartment body can't do much.
