★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid Test results took very late, almost 24+ hours. I think they will collect and send it some government ICMR Lab. So it is late. It costs only 500 rupees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good at all, there is miscommunication here, they say they provide the rtpcr results within 12 hours, when you call them, but after giving the tests, they say it takes 24 hours to provide the results.
Even for sugar tests it takes more time, and the clinic is not clean. Very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked via MFINE. I am not sure if these reviews are trustworthy. There is a recent review about RT-PCR being available in 6 hours. Minimum time to report is 24 hours. We could see the person who came to take the samples was not trained and was not handling the samples in a sanitary way that even we could feel that there are chances of tampering of the sample.
Our samples were contaminated and in one of them heavy bacterial growth was reported. The doctor initiated medicines but we also got another sample tested at a reputed hospital and the results were negative with no growth at all.
Absolutely not recommend this lab and even MFINE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional business practices. Got RTPCR test done for my son who was traveling internationally. They gave the report, which was rejected at the airport because they didn't put the identity information in the report even though aadhar details were collected. They didn't upload the report to ICMR site. Due to all these we had a stressful time in the airport and had to get the test done again at the airport. No-one was even interested to help resolve the issue nor ready to take the accountability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake RTPCR Report!!!! Avoid this Lab
If I had an option of giving minus rating i would have given that. I did RTPCR test through Pred they confirmed report will be available within 24hours however when there was delay on reaching the person who collected my sample said there was a prob in swab collection hence resampling is required. Considering my health condition was detoriating I did another test from a reputed Lab where my report came as positive. To my surprise after 72 hours I get another report from Pred which was negative!!!! I went to ICMR portal and tried to check the report with the SRF ID as expected the ID doesn't exist!!!! It was a fake negative covid report which Pred has shared with me. This is highly unethical sharing fake covid report and misleading people. They are playing with people's life....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unreliable lab. Covid RTPCR home Collection was scheduled and confirmed over the phone, but no one turned up till I called to check.
More than 48 hours later, email with result was not sent. Had to physically collect the hard copy of the report. The help desk girl is completely clueless and offers no help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were given misinformation and it caused us a GREAT LOT of trouble and inconvenience. We went for a 24 hr RT-PCR test at 08:30am in the morning and were told we would get the results within 12 hours at the testing center. Upon follow-up in the evening we came to know that the results now take 24hrs to report. This information was inconsistent among their own staff. We did not get a confirmation nor our result. They simply gave up and asked us to file a compliant. Our international travel plans were interrupted and caused a lot of inconvenience to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rtpcr test is taken at 3rd floor. Parking may be difficult. But if you come early in the morning you could get your car parking spot at the basement. This is icmr approved.
