★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a pet friendly place.The property claims to be pet friendly but there is no space for a pet to exercise and run around.At best, they tolerate a pet who is kept in the society like a prisoner.Its just a posh building with lack of respect for any other kind of being except residents who are not pet parents.
Not suitable for people who are respectful of all kinds of people and animals.
The processes and rules are made by god knows who.For the slightest things, they will charge fine in thousands and there is no way to dispute it.
There are better societies in the vicinity which are greener, more spacious and more humane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Physically it is a very well-constructed and maintained apartment. I won’t though recommend for working couples and elderly at home as there are serious resident management committee issues. There are rules and imposed to the degree of cynicism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very horrible society. I was surprised and also misled by overall high rating on Google. The MC of this society is very poor. They refuse to let people live in peace even though they are supposed to help people. You'll not be able to get any work done because security refuses entry to your house and MC refuses to reply to any emails or calls regarding concerns. Be very wary of the management and avoid renting or buying any house here or you'll face many issues due to ridiculous rules and dictatorial management which imposes them without any rationale and explanation.
For your own peace of mind stay away. The society would be good if everyone in management was slightly more reasonable and showed valid common sense.
On specific note there are very frequent power failures and fluctuations which can damage home devices. Also this is a small society with very little area to walk or play.
You will be fined if you walk on any grassy areas or if you leave your parcels for too long.
The infrastructure itself is ok so if you plan to live here I urge you to carefully go through the locality rules and management conditions before you decide to rent or buy.

It is well-equipped, well-connected to means of transportation and other facilities like schools, shops, hospitals, etc. The quality of the construction and the various equipment are top notch and the maintenance charges are very reasonable. And yes, the society is strict in enforcing the rules but that is what makes the society even better for people who want to lead a quality and safe life. Finding a few poor reviews but those are seen to be of a very few residents who are known to keep violating rules, behaves inappropriately and rudely with staffs and other residents, etc. Pets are good and welcome, but should be maintained in such a way that there is no inconvenience or harm to others. Even the tenants who complain keep staying in the society because of the benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our visit to this apartment complex. Plenty of open spaces. Enough of guest parking. Very well maintained property. Sufficient Guards watching over all the property. Access controlled. Non intrusive or fussy and yet vigilant security staff at the gates. The one star less is because the building entrance is nearly not-visible at nights so we had to retrace our steps since we overshot the entry gates.
